What does getting a good night's rest have to do with me not having to wear glasses? MAKE SURE YOU ASK US ABOUT Ortho-K a non-surgical process which corrects nearsightedness and astigmatism, and farsightedness(hyperopia) in most cases. It does this by reshaping (flattening) the cornea of the eye using contact lenses to reduce refractive errors (nearsightedness and astigmatism).
